Three exclusive restaurants run by Burger Queens Reiterating their commitment towards gender diversity, Burger King India has three restaurants run solely by women crew members. This initiative was put in action with an aim to increase women crew and having more restaurants run by women, these 3 restaurants are being made in to model restaurants for future expansions. These restaurants continue to run in a similar manner as the rest of Burger King India restaurants. The brand has always believed in being an equal opportunities employer and has 33% female employee strength. The company has also scaled up to 40% female representation in the senior leadership team. The brand offers a women-friendly work culture with flexibility of work hours at restaurants to enable a good work life balance, confidence-building workshops through self-defense and mentoring by women leaders. Queens at Burger King are bold and authentic just like our brand. Our Queens have been keen to take up more challenges and we decided to empower them further by starting outlets that are run only by women.
