PolicyBazaar appoints Sarbvir Singh as CEO
With Singh's entry, co-founder and former CEO Yashish Dahiya will now take on a broader role as Group CEO Indian insurance aggregator PolicyBazaar has reportedly appointed Sarbvir Singh as its new CEO. Media reports suggest that with the former venture capital investor Singh’s entry, co-founder Yashish Dahiya has been entrusted the responsibility of Group CEO. In his new role, Singh will be reporting to Dahiya. Singh has over 20 years of global experience in venture capital, senior corporate leadership and public markets investing. In the past, Singh has held a leadership role at Network18, where he drove strategy, fundraising, M&A and joint ventures. He has also served on the boards of Viacom18, BookMyShow, Yatra, HomeShop18 and IndiaCast. IIT and IIM(A) alumnus Dahiya will take on a strategic role within the company, reports say.
