MakeMyTrip sends out a ‘Message of Hope’

The film has been crafted and developed in-house by MagicCircle https://youtu.be/eYAwaT1OR2k MakeMyTrip has come up with a ‘Message of Hope’ along with MagicCircle Communications to give us some hope to hold on to. Crafted and developed in-house, including the voiceover, this is also the first film by MagicCircle after the lockdown. On the film Sunil Suresh, Head of Marketing at MMT, says: “We are living through challenging times –where hope and the promise of tomorrow are the two biggest motivators in the battle against the COVID-19 crisis. ‘Hogi Umeed Ki Jeet’ voices the grit of the free-spirited traveller, who continues to keep her travel dreams alive with reinvigorated hope of returning to the travel map. In stressful times like these, the campaign instils a sense of optimism and faith in reliving those delightful travel moments soon, while staying in harmony with the new rules of travelling in the post-Corona world.” On the production of this film amidst the lockdown and the new system of ‘work from home’, Hemant Misra, Managing Director, MagicCircle Communications says, “It was challenging and fun too. If work from home is the new normal, then we have to reorient ourselves and look for efficient ways to work and collaborate. On this film, from the script to the edit and the VO, we did it all in-house. We roped in ESP films to then help us with the colour grading and the music. Who knows, going forward, we might have to develop these skills and capabilities in-house too.” Shefali Takalkar, ECD – Content, Magic Circle Communications, says, “The idea was to keep MakeMyTrip relevant to the audience even at a time when travel has come to a standstill. The ‘Umeed Ki Jeet’ film captures the spirit and aspirations of every traveller while keeping the hope of a better, safer tomorrow alive.”
