International Indian Film Academy Awards, IIFA announced their dates and venue for this year's awards in style yet again. Another successful year and contributions by varied artists will be celebrated by IIFA for one whole week in Thailand this time. IIFA and style goes hand in hand, and Myntra is continuing its partnership with IIFA for the second year running. The Pitch team caught up with Gunjan Soni, CMO, Myntra to learn about the partnership. Talking about their partnership, Gunjan said, ‘Our association with IIFA is one year old, and when we started this journey the thought in our mind was clear that Bollywood and Fashion are a match made in heaven. With that thought, we brought our partnership alive and clearly it has worked really well for us.’ Accentuating the importance of this partnership, Gunjan said, ‘With over 40 million users, we saw lot of engagement and excitement regarding the partnership last year and are looking for the same this year.’ "Technology is proving to be a boon in every sphere of life, so how could we not think of the merger of fashion and technology. ‘We are planning to bring in that special element of fashion of the movie stars we love, into our collection. Keeping this in mind, we are going live on the red carpet with IIFA this year. It will be our own exclusive fashion show, and the audience would also be able to buy the creations,’ said Gunjan.
