Wakefit.co launches the #WakefitFreeHit contest, which pays people to shop!

To celebrate the IPL season, the company announced that it will select a person with one of the highest cart values along with a creative social post during match hours every day and refund their cart amount Keeping up with the IPL frenzy, India’s sleep and home-solutions start-up, Wakefit.co, has announced an exciting contest that will reward people for shopping on its website. The #WakefitFreeHit contest invites customers to post on social media with the contest hashtag during match hours and promises to select one winner every day with the most creative post and one of the highest cart values. The winner will get the entire cart value refunded, with an upper limit of INR 50,000. The contest, which was unveiled on October 16, 2020, has received more than 200 entries and selected six winners so far. The contest will go on till November 10, 2020. The campaign is an effort to encourage people to buy comfortable, ergonomic solutions for their homes and create spaces that are optimal for healthy living. To take part in this on-going contest, all one has to do is shop for Wakefit products on the website, share the creative that they see on the order confirmation page onto their Facebook or Twitter handle during the IPL match of the day using the hashtag (#WakefitFreeHit) and tagging the official Wakefit handle. Wakefit.co has seen a massive spike in demand for home solutions in the last two quarters. In the last few weeks, the demand for offerings such as study tables, sofas, and mattresses has increased exponentially, indicating people’s affinity to refurnish their houses to suit the new normal during pandemic times. To meet the growing customer demand, the company has augmented the production capacity of its products in the sleep and home-solutions segment. This campaign is an attempt to provide a thrust to the new and upcoming demand for e-commerce and Direct-to-consumer brands from across the country. “The beginning of October marks the arrival of the peak shopping season in India. Given how the country has spent the past few months, the festive season combined with the IPL, has given rise to both pent up and new demand for online shopping. The #WakefitFreeHit campaign is an added attempt, in addition to running our yearly Dream Home Sale, to fuel this demand for ergonomic home solutions.
